Do you ever have a need to make a no picture layout?

Maybe just need to add journaling to document an event that didn't have any pictures?

Or make a decorative title page

If I have a dedicated event or theme album, I like to make a title page sometimes with or without photos.

Our vacation albums usually have a no photo title page

This one is simple.  I used a handmade decorative title

and specialty foil polka dot paper
